Alcohol Base Refractory Coating SW-808A is one kind of the new developed products and red brown paste that should be mixed with

alcohol for the application. It also has a good suspension, thixotropyand low gas evolution properties.

After mixing with alcohol, coat on the sand mold and ignite, the coating layer will be hardening, can get the smooth surface of castings with high coating layer strength, high refractoriness and easy to shake-out.

SW-808A can be suitable for no-baked and sodium silicate binder system in grey iron, ductile iron and alloy iron casting.
